Rumours have it that the court case decision yesterday allowed Rangers to bill Elite for the money owed on the (so far) illegal kit deal. Sums between £1.5-2.5m apparently.
That seems legit as SD had it frozen over the previous judgement. They aren’t allowed to even contact each other.
Rangers can ask for the money, BUT Elite could claim that Rangers didn’t fulfil their end of the deal as it was stopped by SD. Bears seem to think they get on so well that Elite will just stump up. Cos they’re mates.
Now comes the unqualified “amusing” bits.
It is further claimed that either;-
a) Elite are owned by SD or at least have joint directorships
b) Pressure has been applied to Elite by SD not to pay as if they do then SD themselves will take legal action against Elite for being party to an illegal contract with Rangers.
c) any of the above being the main reason why King stepped aside as it is further rumoured that this is all personal between MA and DK. The judges are getting miffed about it all.
Lastly the bears claim another victory in having their legal costs against SD paid. This was from an earlier action where costs were awarded to Rangers. Rangers billed £100k. SD claimed they were too high and said £50k was more appropriate. Judge awarded £75k. Pyrrhic victory that.
And we’ve still to have the final judgement on damages of previously mentioned illegal deal between Elite and Rangers. No way will Eilte want to be pulled into that.

We were excellent last night, could and should have been 6 or 7 at half time, that's my only gripe.
9 times out of 10, football games always pan out like that in the 2nd half after such a chasing in the first. Perhaps reserving energy because we have such a brutal schedule which is fine with me......although I'd have liked a couple more goals in terms of GD.
All in all a very good night and another tricky game ticked off where we were very comfortable and no nerves kicked in.
Johnston got what he deserved the wee d!ck. Hopefully that's a lessons learned from him, greetin face attitude and we seen it from him at the weekend too when taking the free kick off Edouard. He has all the talent in the world but his injuries are beyond a joke now, it's constant.
