My understanding is that nobody foreign or domestic will be allowed to broadcast the match tonight. Nobody.

Only the radio will have it aired.

That’s how petty the FA have become. Throwing their toys out of the pram over our decision to honor a winter break.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Incorrect. As I said, foreign channels will be showing as well as LFCTV overseas.

Just been on soccerstreams 100, who usually are spot on, and they say nobody is broadcasting the game.

Would be class if FSG gave whatever Shrewsbury would have got from TV revenue to Shrewsbury. Would make the FA look like massive coonts.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Good chance of that happening too after the respect you’ve shown Shrewsbury already by having your first team boycott the replay they earned 👍

These have a slot, but could be an oversight.

If you want to talk about disrespecting the FA Cup perhaps you should ask how much the FA pimped TV rights to the bookies for so that they could prey on the masses and draw them into a gambling addiction

Well done the FA.

Actually Boris Liverpool will survive without the few hundred thousands of TV money. That money however would have been a real boos for Shrewsbury. So in their blind rage against Liverpool they've done harm to themselves and innocent clubs. Kind of like what rival fans have been doing all season.

This is the sad facker who actually change his name to include "tainted title"

Just remember where you ill-gotten wealth comes from you little prickkk

What I find odd about this whole situation is the way that Klopp is talking is if him and his players had nothing to do with it?

The simple fact is that had they won the first game we wouldn't be here and any money that Liverpools decision to play the youth team costs Shrewsbury should be honoured by the club.

Shrewsbury players earned the right to play the European Champions at Anfield not some pale imitation.

You can only judge people by your own standards and if this was Spurs I wouldn't be happy about it.

Have any of you Liverpool fans got the bollox to admit this is a long way from right?

There are valid arguments on both sides but at the end of the day, Klopp was one of the biggest advocates for a winter break and when it finally happened the FA mess it up by deciding to schedule replays during it, so Klopp is making a point about it. I'm not going to complain about that, especially with the amount of games we're playing this season having entered seven competitions.

If Liverpool win tonight the team selection is entirely vindicated. If we lose then Shrewsburry get an away tie at Chelsea. So what is the problem?

No. It’s the FA that should be getting the stick. The clubs were asked to respect the break and not play any friendlies etc, and the FA completely disregard it themselves. Someone has to stand up to them.

Fair comment. Perhaps it wasn’t the right time to make a point though, especially given how sympathetic to Shrewsbury’s position most people seem to be. Whatever is going on between Liverpool and the FA, it’s neither of those two who have lost out.

I have.

They're only getting a replay because we played the reserves. They've lost out on nothing at all, we would have smashed them so it's an oxymoron to be miffed at having to play against the kids if you got there by playing against kids.
