United he changed to this and no going back now. Chelsea 2nd spell he wasnt like this in his first season back, then players turned on him. Winner or not clearly a toxic manager
Players didn’t even show any desire when it went to 2-1, you’d think we’d try and get it forwards quickly yet we were doing dinky little passes, utter joke

Standard Jose. With crapier players than he's used to. Makes fun watching.
We played a back 5 for the entire game even though we were behind for most of it
May as well keep him for the rest of this clusterfack of a season
He was a woeful appt from day one and is doing exactly what I thought he would do. A dinosaur in the modern game but we will be stuck with him til Octoberish I'm afraid. Then I'd like to see Nuno in, more our style

I struggle to think of another manager who would get continually schooled by his apprentices, Lampard has more idea how to play and he's a novice

What did he think would happen by saying he wants season over?
Jose doesn’t do things by chance. He probably mistook our players for having a modicum of backbone, and calculated that they would play harder to overcome this situation or prove Jose wrong etc.
He was wrong on the basis of that performance
Gotta give him the summer window and next season but he's had his time with this pragmatic don't lose before trying to win approach and the one thing I hoped he'd at least instill was a big game mentality..... But alas.
