It's been rumoured Jenus will take over from Lineker on MOTD when Gaz hangs up his boots. Ratings will go down and he will be sacked hopefully.

ok so lets say if Levy does sell for £1B or £2B even. Due to FFP the new owners will not be able to invest oil or blood money like there is no tomorrow like Chelsea or Man City for example. The new owners will be straddled by the debt and if they are smart they will take out loans to finance the purchase.

This means our transfer and wage budget will take a hit to cover the annual repayments.

The naming rights is worth approx. £25m to Levy. Say we agree something for £20m. That's £20m extra a season to the transfer budget for arguments' sake. Still doesn't buy you a lot does it?

In short with the loan repayments we currently have there should be a good amount of cash in the coffers for a transfer budget given that we have played in the champions league the last few seasons.

This summer is really the time to judge Levy now that the stadium in complete. The finance aspect of paying for the stadium is resolved. We have a manager on £12m a year which is a s*** load of cash.

If we fail to qualify outside the champions league spot this season, our transfer activity will indicate just how serious Levy is in terms of winning honours.

In short, hold fire for now until the summer. Fail to deliver in the transfer market and I will join the Levy out brigade as well. COYS!

Well our record of big money signings isn't great is it? Ndombele cost us £50m +. Look at the state of him. GLC is doing well but no one really heard of him. Sanchez is ok and hopefully will get better. We need more Stevie B's and Son's, who don't cost us the earth but have ability and want to make a name for themselves.

With the Stadium and Jose at the helm we can still attract decent hungry players.

oh ye of recent memories!! if only these noobs knew like Chronic and I, of a time when Spurs bathed in all its glory in the mediocrity of mid table league position!

Fear not! Levy has grand plans to take us back there! oh my! Aren't we the lucky ones!
