Keep an eye on that Cal. If you get any other symptoms, you should self isolate for 7 days (if you live alone) or 14 days if you are co-habiting with family.

Afternoon all

As it is Saturday I've put my Wednesday shirt on
I know it would have been the international weekend, but I have no England shirt. (Club before country) . . .

Today is the last day of my 7 day self isolation and I suppose after today, I could go out for essential supplies but I don't need anything urgently and my neighbour is doing essential shopping for me. I think I am going to stay home for another 7 days, and see how that pans out. I might possibly just go for short walks round my local area.

Still can't smell or taste anything

Had a Whatsapp group party last night with my sister and bro-in-law, and two lots of friends - a little bit of daft chat and drinks. I need alcohol even though I can't taste it, could still get the effect .

My self isolation ends Monday...still got a bit of a stupid cough & slight temperature...& getting rather hacked off doing jobs around the house/garden now

I know...but i'm not very good at that

Just do it and don't feel guilty. Get through this, and then you can go back to your normality in the future.
