That's funny. I read about this in the mainstream media before seeing it brought up by either left or right. The right don't care about the Africans there as discrimination has been happening in Guangzhou against Africans for some years now (I suggest the OP read up on it).
I've also failed to see many in the right care about this and what's happen to other ethic groups (especially in the North West) other than to deflect from their own. Where is the outrage about the camps from the right?
Boris and Donald are both now leaders of Western Democracy, a system that claims its the best. They aren't marked or compared to China or North Korea for a simple reason. Those countries have systems we say are evil. If we, who supposedly have a "Good" and system that elects racists and compared that with an "Evil" system that has racism then our own system has failed.

At least they are banning eating dog/cat meat now. But the Chinese being racist thing is nothing new sadly. Everyone knows the virus spread from their wet markets but now the Chinese are shifting the blame onto the foreigners/people that don't look Chinese. They have such a backwards mentality over there.

This is real. The person ca a sleep in the same bed as the wife but not engage in relations. Though how that's controlled isn't known and if there were rapes happening due to this, it would be ignored. The Muslims are a distinct ethnic group who do not share the same language and culture as the Chinese (unlike the other Chinese - who's name is apparently blocked as a bad word - who are in the main Chinese Han and Muslims). The government there has forbidden then to speak, read or write in their own language. They're only allowed to use Mandarin and not allowed to practise their religion. These measures are more recent, though discrimination against them by the government has been there since the founding of the nation.
