I think this needs a lot of impartial legal scrutiny

Clearly the SPFL will stand by what has gone on and defend any accusation in the Document.

Rangers will obviously stand by what is contained and feel it requires an independent investigation.

Clearly fans will still think what they thought before seeing the document.

Completely disingenuous.

I for one and I know of many who were prepared to see what this significant evidence was that would PROVE coercion, bullying and/or downright cheating leaving the SPFL with really no alternative but to sack Doncaster and dismiss the legal services.

There is no proof, no evidence and only repeated iterations of wrongdoing.

It’s a farce. An unadulterated farce and nothing else. To try and defend this shambles and just put it onto tribal backing or not is simply and plainly wrong.

I was actually looking forward to improving our governing body but what’s happened here is you’ve just made them look as professional as possible when really we should be tasking them on their professionalism.

An absolute mess. And an embarrassing one at that.

So go ahead Rangers. Let’s see your court case now you have this legal advice.

I'm out the loop on what happened prior to today, nae real interest atm but you'd SUPPOSE if there was a miscarriage of justice or a "smoking gun" it would be pretty apparent and kinda stick out the report?

Page 18 of it, Rangers have referenced a WhatsApp message showing Dunfermline director threatening two other club chairman.

From looks of it rangers aren't suggesting a smoking gun, more several small omissions and not entirely full facts provided to the clubs and a decision that was uninformed and at times pressured into passing.

No. Have you? Have you seen any evidence of the accusations that Rangers claimed they had?

Because nobody else has and where anyone has read it has commented the view is that it is a resounding waste of time and 200 pages of nothing but further innuendo and rubbish. 200 pages ffs that do nothing but suggest poor practice at worst.

I’ve never seen anyone who is meant to be on the back foot so delightedly dismissive of the allegations and “proof” provided.

Not one single thing. So unless and until this incredible evidence surfaces I and everyone else will quite sensible file this under a pile of absolute piish.
