Myself and my better half went for a lovely walk through the South Downs on Sunday.

Boy oh boy, what a nice indian summer we're having.

Watched the 1st series of "Spaced" this weekend - she hadn't seen it before.

Found a nice route to start running again, (we're still new to the area).

That's about it for my weekend I think...
