In an uncertain and changing world, there's always one thing that you can rely on - Notts Forest being a constant source of hilarity

Have you seen the advert fit the shirt and new logo/ sponsorship on the shirt ?

Being realistic, looking at it without blue tinted glasses, with two thirds of the defence missing and playing like a bottom six team since December, I can only see one outcome. We’ve been presented with chance after chance to seal top four. I’m expecting 1-3 , so I won’t be too disappointed leaving room for ecstasy should we pull of another 5-3 😮

I like the fact we are the underdogs again, the Pundits have written us off as usual, time to Make mugs of them all again

Who was the guy that got us past Stars in the FA cup and we were 0-2 down and won 3-2.... De Vries?

I know Elvis was in the building and may of been on the pitch?

Spurs.

You mean De Vries’ only good game ever Florida?

God he was slow. He made Ulloa look like Usain Bolt!

He was Morgan as a CF..... He scored a great goal though.

Worst ever player for us in my opinion..... Toss up between RDL and if you can go back to the seventies.

Roger Walters.

Best player? Keith Weller or Frankie Wortho..... That I saw....

Little known fact..... Gorden Banks won a World Cup Medal playing for whom as a club?

I presume you mean Roger Davies, joint top scorer with 4 goals, shared with own goals in McLintocks season as manager.

RDL was awful relative to the team he was in, but that team was much better than the dross we’d seen under Pleat and in the preceding years.

The likes of Wise, Keown always get a mention after worst player because they’re horrible little rats. But the award must go to someone like Junior “Pele” Lewis?

I didn’t get to see Keith Weller live, but for me he’s the type of player I love. Ooooozed class. Like a David Silva of his day... but better 😉

Yes Bow and Mersey you may be right?

posted on 24/7/20

Bow the worst was when Davis lost the ball or actually tripped over himself in the centre circle against Derby. Then then just ran down and scored.....

Good memory though Bow? That is yours not mine....

Mersey he was and he left the uk because his son died... I saw him play for the Fort Lauderdale Strikers but his head was not in it. How could it be?

Always will remember the stockings he wore.... I think it was against Norwich? I was there.....

Weller is by far my favourite player ever.

Nothing wrong with RDL, poor mans version of Ricardo, he just got left behind when the quality went up in the rest of the team.

Fond memories of RDL robbing the Utd player and playing an inch perfect pass for Vardy.!

He also scored if you recall? The 5-3 day....

posted on 24/7/20

He just over committed for me or jumped in and gave away a foul.

Alas we could watch the same movie or read the same book.......
