At the moment, we have KIko and Meslier as keepers, I would assume that will not change unless Kiko moves, if he doesn't, I fully expect Kiko to start next season in goal.
They will not be looking to replace Pablo and I feel will be happy with midfield pretty much as it is, Costa, Forshaw, Harrison, Hernandez, Klich, Phillips, Poveda and Struijk.
Up front is a problem but we will not be replacing Paddy, complimenting him maybe.
Defence is a major issue I agree. We need a couple at Centre back and also left back could just be torn to bits by Premier League attacks, Alioski, Dallas, Douglas and Davis doesn't inspire me.
Why is it everybody has a crack at what we should have but don't trust Bielsa to do his job?..
He has shown what he can do with a so called average team, so, this team now going into its 3rd season with basically the same players makes it one of if not the most stable bunch of players in the league!..
And I trust the Board to get what Bielsa is looking for, because if they don't he'll do exactly what people expected him to do last year!..
That's if he signs a new deal for the coming season!..
Too early to panic, it's not even pre season yet. But a skeleton squad in the Premier league is a huge risk, Bournemouth were comfortable until they we're decimated by injuries, it also Man C the title having non
defenders available after losing 2 of them long term. Need 6 signings in 6 weeks, so 1 per week Hopefully Orta is tied to swivel chair and left in a cupboard during the transfer window, just let Bielsa do it or ask Brentford who to get
I think they are waiting to see who goes up next week - or more - who stays down. I expect some bids in for either Brentford or Fulham players next week.
Think we would do good to sign three layers.
Two defenders and a striker
All the talk on here is about players but we are yet to secure the most important part of the jigsaw. No not Ben White, or any player, not yet anyway...........what I want to see is an assurance that Bielsa is staying.
Not a word on this, really scares me.
Don't disagree with Solly here, secure Bielsa for next year some players will want to sign because they know that he will improve their all round game.
If I was on the clubs radar, I would be wanting to know MB's plans before signing, if I was Marcelo I would have prepared a list of players I wanted and would want to see some progress before signing.
There is a word on it. Bielsa will sign if the board backs him and signs from his list of five targets per position. Some of these will be Brentford and Fulham players, hence the board waiting to see what happens in those games before committing to the signing of a weaker option.
Linked now to Espanyol's De Tomas. Starting to lose targets slowly, David and Cavani off, Almada too apparently.

double edged sword, players want to know bielsa will be there, bielsa will stay if he gets what he wants
the step up is huge, we need quality, bielsa needs quality
Phil Hay saying they club after 5 signings. I didn’t read the article itself in the Athletic but would guess it’s:
Striker (obvious reasons)
Number 10 (with Pablo carefully used)
A defender (White?)
Left back (Dallas is good but we struggled otherwise)
AM (Klich competition)
If Casilla goes will get a replacement for him too
No panicking yet. Players maybe only just coming back from short holidays. I’ll be panicking if nothing happens in the next fortnight.
Expected to see one or two more out of the door quickly also which hasn’t happened
Saw us being linked to both rose and delph.
Looks like we are entering the "name every single player who left the club and will now return" stage of the transfer market...

crap jurno's
we must buy quality, young up and comings are not needed right now, unless will be in match day squad, unless free, we need to stay up 1st of all then build
One player who I like is Glatzel at Cardiff. He's been injured this season and subbed a lot, but he is not a Cardiff type of player. He played at one of the best teams in the German 2nd division and scored a hat-trick against Bayern Munich in the German Cup. He is just 26. LUFC Germany will know more, but I think he is a player we could get a lot out of.
Why not get Lewis Cook back. Delph and Howson would be good too.
Bielsa ringing, there's also a Scouser Glatzel, both German Nationals!..
But the Cardiff bod, I've seen Heidenheim play a couple of time vs Osnabrück, but I'm not sure I can say I've seen him play!..
2 liga(2019/20 season for Osnabrück!)he'll have been at Cardiff, and the 3 liga I cant recall because that was I think the 2013ish or so season, so he'll have been young and just getting into the first team or maybe not even at the club!..
Sorry, I wouldn't have thought about him if you hadn't wrote what you wrote!..
