I certainly felt shame after that performance against Everton...
Need a good performance today. Build on our one good half of football we have played this season.
I wan't a good performance and 3 points the same as everyone else, but how many "chance to push on" situations have this lot fudged over the years. Sorry to be negative, but we have all seen seen so many "lines not crossed when it matters" to be cautious.
Is it me or do the home teams seem to struggle more these days?

Morning to you as well Edbo, trust you are OK. There are no easy games in the Prem, every win has to be earnt. That said I think Spurs should have more than enough if they start faster, instead of the usual slow stuff to begin with.

Great chance to rectify the blip. Everton were lucky that day, even though they had the lion share of possession but that was because Spurs played that way - counter attack and not worried about possession. Son had multiple chances to put us ahead and their keeper kept them in the game.
Swings and roundabouts, though and I have seen other so called teams that were according to "experts", yes "experts", those teams haven't been firing on all cylinders either.
Most of these teams needed pens to win the games.
It seems pens are domain of certain clubs, and they can get it at will.
Brighton had a stonewall pen not given. That's because they are Brighton, and playing United,
It's in the non-written books of Refs. I can't get why that wasn't given when it looked like the one United got against us just few weeks ago?
Refs are so inconsistent these days and because there is no crowd, they don't get any instant feedback of their howlers which are ruining the game, along with those unseen people behind VAR!
Count which teams have how many pens. Already couple of them ahead of everyone else!
We need to focus on rotation, as the powers be, decided Spurs players health don't need to be considered by scheduling so many games with so little rest in between!
It's ridiculous honestly!

Didn't Everton get a lucky and controversial goal yesterday?
There is charm about their wins so far, but good luck to them, as they are setting the pace and if they continue like this, while around teams start to tumble, it could be a very good season for them.
However, Everton will find it hard to sustain such a start.
On our game, I believe we might see Reguilon at some stage. Dele is on the bench, possibly saving him for the Chelsea game on Tuesday.
Doherty and Davies on either flanks. Sissoko and PEH in the midfield, with Lo Celso just ahead of them and Son, Kane and Moura up front.
Sandy how can you say there are no easy games but maintain Spurs should be winning this with a bit to spare

I prefer to concentrate on this season, not last season, that is now confined to the historybooks, and has zero bearing going forward. Done and dusted and probably forgotten by the end of May next year. As it stands Everton are the best team in the country.

Didn't Everton get a lucky and controversial goal yesterday?
There is charm about their wins so far, but good luck to them, as they are setting the pace and if they continue like this, while around teams start to tumble, it could be a very good season for them.
However, Everton will find it hard to sustain such a start.
On our game, I believe we might see Reguilon at some stage. Dele is on the bench, possibly saving him for the Chelsea game on Tuesday.
Doherty and Davies on either flanks. Sissoko and PEH in the midfield, with Lo Celso just ahead of them and Son, Kane and Moura up front.
