Have any conclusions been found as to why some countries don't have such a Corona spread?
I ask as where I am, Saudi Arabia, schools may be opening soon, flights are available and shops haven't closed, yet the spread is tiny - relatively speaking.
The only change from normal is facemasks are mandatory, and gloves and sanitiser are available everywhere.
There is plenty of mixing due to praying at mosques, malls are busy, but no mass spread.

There are so many factors involved that it's hard to take any data at face value - population mobility (both national and international), distribution and density, social mores, family sizes, testing rates, healthcare systems, reporting criteria (countries ascribe deaths to Covid or other conditions differently) and a long et cetera.
I've read elsewhere that excess mortality is perhaps the best way of measuring the impact of Covid, and even that wouldn't really account for the role of societal behaviours in its spread.

Just carrying out my research atm we know that vaccine is meant produce antibodies against spike proteins. However, spike proteins also contain syncytin-homologous proteins, important in placenta development. So are there any issues with regards to this, in terms of immune response? Is this why pregnant woman are advised not to have the vaccine? I think there are many unknowns.
Looking at some journal articles with regards to placenta development: “ Our data indicate that syncytin may mediate placental cytotrophoblast fusion in vivo, and thus may be important in human placental morphogenesis.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10693809/
