Second half Haaland was quiet

Done alright, just got take the chances when they come. Kept the robot quiet just need to be more ruthless.

tbf if White was playing right back he would have had that space. Saliba/Tomi need to play together more.

I know it’s not exactly a hot take, but Lokonga belongs absolutely nowhere near this team. Sloppy on the ball and has no positional sense or initiative off it. He’s an easy target, but he’s at fault for the goal. Leaves a massive gap and then stands around doing nothing to help.

Result aside I'm sure you can't be too disappointed with the performance starting 11 included?

I hate losing any match but the two league games must surely be more important to you and even winning one would be what you want?

CAICEDO apparently wants to move

This in a way is probably the best way to get knocked out. We were better, yet we have at least one fewer game to play. Considering we made 6 changes, City made 2 yet first half we were the better team. Holding is just there for banter, Haaland ate him alive. Luckily city weren’t great in first half to make anything of it.
Partey makes us tick, there’s no question. Lokonga was the reason they scored, afraid to say.
Definitely need a quality CM this window if we’re to win the title. Partey not playing will be the difference.

That was pretty much a full strength city team. We played well considering we had a mixed team.
