But Arteta and his defensive instincts yet again cost Arsenal. This Liverpool team were there for the taking. To start Eze on the bench is criminal.

Draw would have been a fair result. Arteta's negativity lost us this.

Arteta paid for his negative line up. Said it before the match. Merino is useless in midfield.
I’m all for Max Dowman coming on but why not Nwaneri?

arteta will regret not giving Max a full 10 minutes on the park - 9 minutes just isn't enough - when Liverpool are defending their lead

They scored so they deserved to win, Arteta is running out of goodwill. If he had brought on Eze and Odegaard on at halftime and that still happened then fair enough he's safety first and that is not gonna win the league.

We haven’t really got going forward in both away games so far ,we beat United but if we’re going to beat the best teams (especially away from home) we need more attacking aggression.

Madueke gives hope whilst Saka is out. His chaos creation will be useful against worse defenses. Martinelli, we should’ve cashed in on. What an awful player

Yep. Kept us at arms length all game really. Not enough quality. Really poor not to give Ode, Ethan or Eze more minutes, absolutely clog ball with Merino in there. Atrocious player

I think we would sell him but he doesn't have any appetite to leave he knows it's never gonna get any better than what he has now.

I cant believe how predictable that result was. I actually cant - my dog was swearing at half time even she knew what was coming
