Total from those is €7.9m
On top of that you get the group winner of €1m then another €500k for last 32 followed by another €1.1m for last 16 giving overall some €9.4m which isn’t far away from £8m. £2m tv and advertising sounds reasonable to give the £10m
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What are the arguing about now?
You get more money for qualifying from the CL group stages than you get for winning the EL.
They are doing well but lets not pretend its transformational money. It might cover last year's tax bil.
Its been so long since we saw any accounts that nobody really knows.

Yup, fact is the goal they scored was a cracker then outwith McGregors last gasp save, any other stops were fairly routine. Hopefully a stronger performance from us next week, a full week to prepare. We do seem to have a way of digging out results (St.Mirren excepted )

Reading the article you linked it seems most of the opposition was that the bill doesn't go far enough and women should have been included.
So who do you suggest we vote for?
Tbh I'm not too sure I'm against the aims of the bill but possibly worried more about the application

That’s my main concern is the possible abuse of the law
I still don’t see any valid opposition in Scotland which is very sad for our politics
Much the same with Westminster because there’s only one party that’s going to win because the rest are hopeless
I see one of the main criticisms of the bill was that it did not include hate against women
Hardly surprising form a party who had a creepy, touchy misogynist in charge for years and had an MSP jailed for battering his ex wives and step daughter

----------------------------------------------------------------------
well gender is not actually part of this bill I understand, one labour MSP did not vote as she felt for it because she felt the bill should have protected women more.
I think leaving genders out is a good idea because all genders can be discriminated against. Though a section outlining that may have helped calm her fears.
Ultimately if you do not commit hate crimes this shouldn't really bother anyone.
The bill clearly protects the rights to express your beliefs strongly and openly.
I'm not really sure people understand what free speech actually is
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is an utter abomination of a now 'Law'
What a state Scotland is in.
I thought it was sh!t down here but with 'Woke' and 'Cancelled', etc.
Not once did I think such sheidt would spread to Scotland.
I am pretty sure I have never done anything to be guilty of stirring up hatred even under this new law.
What specifically should I be worried about?

And I’m never voting Tory
So if I choose to vote I don’t see many valid options do you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you not read what this new law encompasses?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I have. Who would you suggest is worth a vote?
Anyone but SNP isn’t a good enough answer
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think anyone (even a tramp on the street) who doesn't nulifty freedom of speech is better than a toxic, totalitarian, party such as this one!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Reading the article you linked it seems most of the opposition was that the bill doesn't go far enough and women should have been included.
So who do you suggest we vote for?
Tbh I'm not too sure I'm against the aims of the bill but possibly worried more about the application

One step closer to 'freedom of speech' being a thing of the past.
She (and her cohorts) really are taking the pizz.
But aye 'Freedom'...unless it comes to speech.
People still get behind her - it's unbelievable.

People are voting for the SNP because the other parties have pretty much vanished
Do Labour have a Scottish leader yet?
I don’t even know who the leader of the Lib Dems is and I don’t really care either
And I’m never voting Tory

That’s my main concern is the possible abuse of the law
I still don’t see any valid opposition in Scotland which is very sad for our politics
Much the same with Westminster because there’s only one party that’s going to win because the rest are hopeless

I see one of the main criticisms of the bill was that it did not include hate against women
Hardly surprising form a party who had a creepy, touchy misogynist in charge for years and had an MSP jailed for battering his ex wives and step daughter

There's another joke law in Scotland:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-56364821
Are you SNP voters really happy with this p!ss?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am all for protecting vulnerable groups such as disabled, ethnic minorities, women, Celtic fans and transgenders, but this is going too far.
