Apparently quite seriously ill in hospital.
Would make sense as to why Souness was getting a tad emotional last weekend when talking about him after Rangers won the league.
I just listened to him occasionally tearin Jim Traynor a new one on his podcast the other day. He sounded frail but still pretty damn sharp.
I was showing my wife the Chick Young video the other day. Indeed a classic.

Played beside his youngest son and coached against his eldest.
Two terrific guys who are a credit to him. Only ever met him when he was watching his grandsons play.
Although I'm sure article is well intended and people will be respectful. I've been informed Rangers forums are closing the topic down for time being. Apologies but in the days of speculation and fake news I I'll close it for comments until BBC or reputable news site reports on it. Apologies again.
