I don't know how rhetorical your question is, but summing Neilson up:
Plays boring football and has his favourites who won't be dropped no matter their form. Prone to shock and pathetic defeats where the players look as if they've had a motivational speech from Victor Meldrew.
Can get the best team to win the league but won't do anything interesting. The sort of manager who would never win a cup competition. Doesn't learn, doesn't change and just makes football a chore rather than something you want to watch.
It's the relativity of the thing that gets to fans.
Jambos are 13 points + 18 GD ahead.
Not surprising considering they play Ayr, Alloa & Arbroath.
If they come up they will be hammered in the SPFL if he's still there.
