U honestly think the pl will survive without them? The next tv deal for a start would be 20% of what it us now, your best players wont stay and the dilution of talent will make the pl the equivalent of the championship talent wise, its a ripple down effect

I agree it will drop a level or two but is that a bad thing short term?

It should come back gradually and hope that’s what will happen.

I’ve been involved in grass roots for 30 years plus and this is another step to ruining the game.

That’s fine, just frustrating when you are building a good team only for some money bags to come along and pick it clean - bit like Ajax.

Teams will survive on 20% less TV money and will the six business clubs survive when nobody wants to forfeit their international future by playing for them?

You think the PL wouldn’t survive? You do know that transfer fees from the leagues/clubs not taking part will rocket. This will trickle down and home/away attending niumvers will drop for the Euro Super League

It will be an exhibition league full of 30+ players show boating in a competition as "real" as wrestling.

See you, have fun.

Fees will rocket because ESL clubs will be paying their new gotten gains to the remaining clubs for their best players. Which means the remaining clubs will paying exhorbitant prices for dross

Well nothing changes. Clubs will survive. More young talent will come through at non Euro Super League Clubs as they will want instant stars.

So it just pure gain for the domestic game and the local area round the Euro clubs will suffer, no visiting PL fans on a weekend. Just midweek Euro football.
