I come in peace. It's all well and good having the money (and I believe you do) but it's how its spent that matters.
All our managers since Fergie have given the money but until recently the recruitment has been dreadful.
The question I'm asking Arsenal fans. In your eyes is Arteta the right man to be spending this money correctly and be able to take you guys forward?
Just looking for opinions as he will be the man given the task.
£250 mil spent correctly could really bring you guys back into top 4 contention.
If we're bidding 40m for Ben White which isn't a priority position then there might be something to it.. but I'll believe it when I see it.

No, it is a ridiculous notion that there would be a set amount for a specific number of players. Also, the budget would not be made public.
There will be an amount available (far less than £250m) and also money made from sales to add to it. There will also be a lost of players we want, but it will be pre-decided on 5 players for a set amount.

Tbh, if we really did have £250m to spend, I'd use a fraction of that sum to pay off Arteta, appoint a new manager and let him use the current team (with the exception of Xhaka)

He disrupts a teams momentum so much by "winning" fouls. It is okay if you are good at set-pieces, but for Arsenal it will not work too well.
