Celtic have agreed a fee with VVV Venlo for striker Giorgios Giakoumakis. Personal terms agreed also. The 26 year old was the Eredivisie Top Goalscorer last season scoring 26 times in 30 league appearances for Venlo who were relegated.

The Greek will fly into Glasgow over the weekend and will complete his medical before signing. (Source; Sky Sports)

I think Ange was the major factor in the lad signing for us.

LG more hours in training than most large part of last season.

Have to disagree LG did f all training during lockdown and came back fat, did f all during the season as well and then of course was a creep with his chasing of young uns, should have been punted as has done f all this past 3 seasons. I would have Eddie every day of the week over LG.

Unless I am reading this wrong and you would rather Eddie gone for a money perspective?

Griffiths is the epitome of what is wrong with the young, schemey, lazy Scottish footballer. Tried hard enough to get himself a comfy lifestyle and then just stopped.
