You have to contend for a title to be called a title contender.
Until we do that the answer is no.
Should we be, yes.
We should be with the resources we have but I still think we’re unbalanced and our manager isn’t good enough. Chelsea will get a CB I think so their transfers have been decent. Liverpool are being overlooked far too much imo, they have some great players, a brilliant manager and seem refreshed from last season. City not getting a striker is a big bonus for the rest but it didn’t seem to matter much last season.
