That all came down to Man City beating Man Utd 6-1.
A five goal spread. Same as we’ve got now.
Somehow I don’t think Man Utd will be in the conversation of the league this year.

Oh, it was another older member then, I’ve got the wrong person obviously if manusince52 is in France.
We did take our foot off the gas, it was evident. Not through trying to stop humiliation, (was already too late by then) but to give the defence a clean sheet. Big boon to new boy Konate who got a clean sheet at OT before Varane.

What got him the role in the first place? A huge dollop of sentiment.
Why not give Gary Neville a go and see how he does for a couple of seasons too.
I think they realised that if they piled on then Ole would be sacked. No side in the prem would want to see Ole sacked.
