Well done for missing the point.
United closed training for the first team after "a small number of +ve tests" (Monday) and asked for the Brentford game (Tuesday) to be postponed and then returned to training the next day (Wednesday). What happened after that has no relevance to the decision making on the Brentford game.
It is similar to the Liverpool situation who declare a medical emergency and decide themselves to shut the training ground and then return to training the day after the postponement with a largely full squad training.
Jürgen Klopp has confirmed Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alisson Becker have made a return to full training.
Good work from the physio.
Club have played a blinder here.

"United closed training for the first team after "a small number of +ve tests" (Monday) and asked for the Brentford game (Tuesday) to be postponed and then returned to training the next day (Wednesday)."
The game was the day after positive tests and players going straight into isolation. It's already been stated how many of our first team were missing. You're just choosing to ignore every piece of information that comes after your link that was a piece written before anything official came out.
