Why are people so happy to see city win the title every year ..
No-one will touch them for the next 4 or 5 years ..
I understand everyone hates Liverpool but we are the only club even challenging them..

People don’t mind City winning because they can rationalise it. City spent X amount, what chance did the rest of us stand.
If Liverpool win then there is the uncomfortable truth that that Utd, Spurs, Arsenal - they could all have done the same had they been better managed/run.
People don't seem to realise or care how financial doping is ruining their league and own clubs.
People can't seem to get that aspect.
To some fans of "msall" clubs they state theres no difference to them between man utd winning everything, arsneal winning a few bits then Chesle awinning and then city. whats the difference. we get kicked off the park no matter what.
Mean time they are paying way more to see football every years as a direct result of not standing up.
I agree that "some clubs" could do what our owners have done over time but the truth is you need the untapped pool of global support (won't mix that with fans) who will pay up to fund it. LFC is a hard sell in everything every day to drive revenues. If FSg could have got away with it they'd be charging london prices and anfield and not care.
thats football. the ordinary folk need to stand up and resist at some point. that point shouldn't have come as late as the shameful super league. It should have been made years ago.
Depends what you think ordinary people want. The issues with the cost of football and increased disparity predates the richer owners coming in - that’s what attracted them, not what they caused in the first place.
I’m all for a complete overhaul of prize distribution, change to match day allocation back to how it used to work and other measures too. It’s never going to happen though because none of the owners - either the rich ones or the ones of clubs that instigated changes to those measures in the first place, will go for it.
