Why does he deserve better? He was paid lots of money to win the CL with some of the world`s best players. He wasn`t up to the job. So he got the sack. That is what happens at big clubs. Hardly surprising.
100% will be back at Spurs one day. Conte for a few years, then eventually Pochettino back to finish the job.

Not for me Don. Why do you think he will do any better second time around? Need to move on mate.
Any Spurs fan that doesn't have a love for Poch ain't right in the head.
gave us a team to be proud of and a team that played wonderful football.
He's proper and i'll always be thankful he was our manager.

Sandy man give it a rest. I don't filter anyone and allow comments on all my articles but your constant vitriol against Poch is both baffling and tiresome.
He was the best manager we have had in the Premier League era and made us all proud of the team.
We are massively where we are and shiudl have been all this time due to Poch doing the painful rebuild required under the frugality of ENIC.
We are now slowly reaping the rewards of his working under a "budget".
Please stop.

Not if he washed up like he is now. His stock has fallen which is a shame for him.
Poor Poch only manager not to win the CL for PSG.
Poch was never right for PSG
they're a club full of big ego's and no balls which has been proven under different managers
Tommy Tuchel was sacked because he didn't win the Champions League with PSG and 6 months later he won it with Chelsea.
That shows it's the players fault not the manager
They caved again this year
Poch is better off out of there
And here's another thing
Oh Oh Oh he's magic
You know
Mauricio Pochettino
Utd fans think they are still so big, probably think he will just trot along to them as Ten Hag's assistant.
Poch did more for spurs than any manager in the prem era. Massive respect to him. Made me proud to be spurs. Sacking him for mourinho was a disgrace and I’ll never forgive levy for it.
Good luck Poch ❤️

World's best players? Hope you're not counting 6 goal scorer Messi or the highlight diving machine neymar.
Porch was too good for those mercenaries.
Would be interested to know what, if any, discussions he had with United.
Interesting to see where he goes from here.

Did you want him as manager or are you happy with ten hag?
I don’t really think he deserved better tbf. He went to a club where the requirements were very obvious - the league title isn’t enough and he didn’t achieve what the club required from him. He got what he wanted (a managerial trophy) and good on him.
He won a few trophies no?

I quite liked the idea of him being a go, but wouldn’t say I’m unhappy either.
The club is broken though, so I think whoever it is will need to rule over everything, and not just the okaying staff.
It'll be interesting to see where he turns up next. I doubt he'll want to take a step down. Unless ten Hag or Conte really make a mess of next season he could be out of work for a while.

2 I think
French league and cup
Absolute joke, Poch won the league and was knocked out of the CL by the eventual winners.
The PSG owners appear desperate to win the CL, but until the get some proper competition domestically they will always fall short no matter who they employ. They are not tested in their bread and butter games, so when it comes to the CL matches they are off the required pace. Their levels would rise if they had hard games week in week out.
I find it funny some United fans label Poch a bottler and are glad they got ETH
Eric's Ajax side held a 3 goal lead over Poch's Spurs in a Champions league Semi Final and yet I went to the Final in Madrid.
Hahaha if true, Man Utd miss out on a top manager in their haste to install ten hag

Hounslows, not a matter of not having love mate. It is a matter of moving on.
I loved Billy Nicholson to bits for what he did for our club . But I didn't continue to pine for years like a soppy schoolgirl after he left.
