Problem apurs have is they are still building a squad. Bit unrealistic to think that'll change over night. I expect spurs to get top 4 and a chance of a cup though.
Liverpool, city and Chelsea will spend pretty big. For them it's more putting the cherry on top. Spurs have done some good business for a team closing the gap but it isn't business thatll mean they challenge for the Pl. Building a team that will only lose 2-3 games a season is incredibly difficult.
What kinda worries me with football today is how mad prices are getting. Spurs will spend 100m to get an Everton striker, a Brighton mf at a steal price and a forest rb. What it'll cost a team like Newcastle to build a challenging team on all fronts, even if they buy really well, will be at least 600-700 m. That's unless they take the red Bull approach and take their time.
