Conte’s a grate manager. The football has always been a bit shiiiit, though not quite as shiiiiit as Mourinho’s.
I agree with Fridge. I'm not a Conte fan boy and I honestly think he is hugely overrated. I don't think he's anywhere near world class

But under Nuno, Jose, Mason etc we saw how bad Davies, Dier, Royal, Doherty, PEH really are.
Under Conte since him being given a transfer window we've basically been the second best team in the league. It really isn't pretty at times, but it never was under Chelsea (the 13 game winning streak was the uggliest football).

I think Conte gave up on getting goals and made subs to limit the damage.
He did well there.
We can beat them at WHL.....so this is not over.

Yeh nonsense after the first Prem defeat in months to start hounding the manager. Although I do wish he would dump the ridiculous three CBs, only because Sours don't have one decent CB, let alone three.
I still expect Spurs to have a decent season under Conte. But they really do need to cut out the brainfarts that seem to happen on a regular basis.

100 per cent correct Ted. Spurs will win the return. I cannot believe the meltdown from our fans on the first defeat in the Prem for months. The season is 38 games long, not eight.
I’m disappointing with the result but it happens , people say it’s the tactics ,I say Hugo was at fault for there second , once simple Jack got the red it was game over .

Surely a manager should pick a system according to the strengths of the players he has available, Conte is just putting square pegs in round holes to suit his system, can't work, get a system to suit the players we have if he is at all capable, ditch this 3 at the back and utilise some of our flare players, move forward

To be honest Bake em, I think a trophy is a long way off, until we can start to win at difficult grounds. Sooner or later in any cup competition you will have to do that.
The fact that practically every season Spurs just roll over at the Emirates, Anfield, Stamford Bridge, Old Trafford says it all for me.

I’ve been smashed by arsenal fans for merely suggesting I thought we were playing our game plan perfectly til half time then lloris facked us and arsenal took over ….the red card compounded it but they looked sharper after the break anyway
What annoys me is arsenal fans thinking they controlled the whole game yet don’t listen to the reasoning that of course they did ! We let them !
We let every team dominate us ….judging your team’s performance against Tottenham at the moment is not possible as we let everyone look good against us
I don’t care if I get slated for it and I know conte has a great record for us to this point but how hypocritical is it to want josecsnd Nuno gone for their football yet standby and continue to watch this dreary football under conte
