I would say that Conte hasn't had a full season and it will take some time for him to build and mould his squad.

He's currently fitting square pegs into round holes which isn't ideal. Arteta has spent half a billion over 3 years to get this Arsenal side looking somewhat decent and even then i feel they will drop off after a relatively kind fixture list and injuries etc.

Same with Klopp and arguably Pep. Cone is a pragmatic manager but once he's had another window or two i think we'll really see what he can do. The fact that he achieved 4th place last season was a miracle and after a relatively tough start to the season, we sit comfortably in 3rd place and are yet to click.
