Spurs and Everton are by far the worst teams for and have been for ages regardless of who’s been managing them.

Newcastle can be added to that list when they play a big club

I'm liking this accurate added on time. The PL is corrupt or lazy on this matter.
With five subs, players injured and the usual time wasting by the team winning, the PL still manages to add the usual three minutes.
It's like they're not really keeping track.

It would be miles better if they adopted the same as Rugby Union and everyone could see the clock. Just stop it when the ball is out of play for anything other than a throw-in or corner/GK.

Most sports use a clock, football is lazy and backward as with the head injury assessment too

Amazing how those wonderful media mob have started questioning this, yet have been as vocal as anyone about the criminal time wasting we have all had to put up with for years. Why is it so difficult from the likes of Shearer to realise why it is happening ?

I have never seen so much falling over and writhing about for 5 minutes, every time someone gets fouled, as I have seen in this world cup.

For me, with today's available technology, coupled with systems used perfectly well in other major sports, why the hell football does not operate on a simple electronic clock. Simply stop the clock every time the ball goes dead. Including those ridiculous throw ins that can sometimes take up to two minutes for a player to "decide" who to throw it to.

As soon as the ball comes back into pay, start the clock. Game to finish dead on 90 minutes.

Simple.

Or keepers that take 5 minutes to take a goal kick ( when their team is winning 1-0 with10 minutes to go )

Stop the clock when there is a stoppage.
Share this info real time rather than holding up a board which will say 14 mins

Don't American football games go on for about 4 hours...with having a real time clock....life's too short surely

Personally I’m absolutely loving this new addition to the game and it should have been done ages ago.

Time wasting is a joke and needs to be stopped. Faked injuries, throw ins, goal kicks, cramp, subs etc all waste horrific amounts of time only for the officials to add on 5 minutes.

10 subs at 30 seconds each is 5 minutes. It was the game with Newcastle where we only played 5 odd minutes and they were taking a minute per goal kick!

This is a breath of fresh air and if adopted will eventually eradicate time wasting completely as it will actually be added on.
