I take it that you have never lived in or been to Aus. Lovely sport-loving people and rightfully proud of their sporting prowess. The youngsters are out in the parks playing sport and not sat at home on their derrieres playing video games.

The French are bad farmers, wanting handouts from the EU all the time. They are bad fishermen, overfishing undersized fish. They eat frogs. They eat horses. There is not much commendable about them. They are poor soldiers and unreliable "allies". But at least they are 20 miles away across the Channel Tunnel which thankfully is implanted with explosives which we can blow if necessary.

A British person making comments about another country food culture?! The feckin audacity!!!!

In Australia I have been to Port Hedland, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Fremantle, Dampier. Launceston and lived in Hobart so pretty much all points. I have also been to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in New Zealand, China, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Oman, Iran, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, South Africa, The Congo, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Canary Islands, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Malta, France, Gibraltar, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, USA, Puerto Rico, Netherlands Antilles, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile. Also lived in Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Spain. There may be a few I have missed.

oh! and Nepal, American Virgin Islands, Fiji and naturally England, Scotland, Northern Ireland Wales and Eire.

...can also add Townsville in Queensland, Australia, Lyttleton in New Zealand South Island, Durban in South Africa, Trinidad, Panama and Brunei to my list.
