Hard one because it seems any decent young winger is suddenly valued at 100m, makes taking a punt on someone who could have good potential much riskier now. Not sure we’re looking for a player necessarily to take us to next level right now, Arteta is happy with Martinelli and saka, seems he needs back up and rotation option/ someone who can come on and change the game up. But most of those options are still fecking expensive. Most of the players we’re linked with probably would help with that, but the cost will be the stumbling block
Don't need any of them, a Partey replacement and number 9 should be the priority.
How much are you quoted for Raphinha? He’s a typical boring little stripper for Barca but he’s a top player. Best in that list by a distance IMO

Barca supposedly want 100m for Raphinha despite doing nothing to suggest he's worth a 50% hike in what they paid for him.
On the OP, Torres might not be a bad shout. Has an okay goal scoring record and has previous experience in the league with City too. I think Neto is an excellent player but what's his injury situation? Wolves wanted like £50m or something for him in the summer so how much would it take to buy him mid season?
