We were gonna do Arsenal a favour but changed our minds at half time.

They could start by putting someone else in goal anybody other than the current incumbent would be an improvement.

Back 5 including keeper need binned, only keep Romero

It’s a weird one…

As much as I don’t want Arsenal winning the league I’m really annoyed at the result. I just can’t watch a game wanting Spurs to lose

So many players at the club stealing a living. One good defender in Romero, the rest are a joke

I'm glad Arsenal fans got to taste the misery of being a spurs fan for a night.

Spurs being Spursy...😎

I don’t care about other clubs’ fortunes due to our results, I’m only interested in Spurs’ results regardless whether they help another club win the league.

Probably the worst City team I can recollect playing in recent years. Normally we beat them on breakaway goals and our only few shots on target.. They would stifle and press you into submission. But tonight they lets us play and we had a lot of the play in their half..
But mistake after mistake cost us. Shows how a poor team we are. Anyway am immune to it now..

Could barely a muster a smile when we went 2-0 up..Not right!

Agreed, I would much rather have seen Spurs win even if though it would have benefitted Arsenal. A win in a big game v City could have been a turning point.

Well, that was one night too many. Feeling suicidal right now.

Was happy to see us lose tonight, I don’t want to see you lot win the league. As for us, we are dreadful, utterly awful.

2 of the bottom 3 have conceded less than us yet here we are nearly Jan 20th and we haven’t made a signing. Very difficult to take us seriously when our owners have no desire to do anything but pocket al the money they can

I can’t even be bothered to care anymore about Tottenham. Didn’t see the game as working it to collapse like that second half is unacceptable.

There's a very long way to go, our first 11 is immense but our squad depth is paper thin. We all saw what happened when Partey & Tierney got injured at the end of last season & we still have no backup for Partey - we have a chance but if I wasn't an Arsenal supporter I'd have at least a grand on City as they are slightly better than evens right now. 👀

Yeah but you have signed Trossard who will be excellent cover for Martinelli and Saka. You lost Jesus to injury but Nketiah has stepped up.

I agree if Partey gets injured you might struggle but not sure you’d have to worry about Tierney as you have cover for him in Zinchenko.

As for us, our club is rudderless at the moment. Conte is understandably not committed which is probably why levy hasn’t backed him this window. Our defence is an utter shambles and we have Son whose form has fallen off a cliff and Kane who probably doesn’t want to be there.

Your right in the conversation though and what makes me mad/jealous is that you’ve spent plenty £200m in each of the last two summers, you have a very good team and we’re 8 points clear - yet you still went out an improved the squad further today. We’re in free fall, we don’t have the WB’s to make our system work, our keeper is finished at this level and the less said about our CB options bar Romero the better - yet nothing is happening in the market with us, we’re dragging our heels again.

You have owners who want to win, we have owners who want to grow their wealth - that I’m jealous of

It’s chicken and egg - is Conte not committed because he is not being backed or is he not being backed because he is not committed? Either way the blame ultimately lies with Levy as he hired him and controls the purse strings

Even if it is your neighbors the Gunners?????

In any case, Spurs have been a great help to Arsenal in the past few days. Thankyou!

"Turning point"? Not sure that your club has a clear direction at this time. Be thankful that you have Harry Kane. I wonder if he will want to stay next year?

personally I am happy with the result but annoyed at the way it has come about. Just another example of a game thrown away due to individual errors. Its so boring.

I have all but written off this season's league campaign. As things stand it will be a good season if arsenal do not win the league.

Fancy us for an FA cup run, and this competition should be our priority. The club, supporters, and players badly, badly need some silverware.

Chronic I have said Spurs should target the FA cup, but they have absolutely no chance of winning that with Lloris and that defence.
