I’m done with spurs as they stand. I wish you all well chucking money into ENIC, but I just don’t see the point anymore. 44 years supporting this lot, there won’t be a trophy for many years if conte goes.

Not at all surprising and probably the best thing for the club given where we are and the fact Levy isn't going to back him. If he could sign off with a good end to the season either with form in the league or a trophy that would be perfect.
Huge summer for us with a new manager to look for and Kane departing, along with all the other stuff we have to do. Hmmm imagine if we actually did a bit of work in January to save on all the work required in the summer.

Because Smeg is throwing in the towel based on today’s news that Conte is leaving. I'd be afraid if he walks sooner than the end of the season Levy will just get a Mason or Sherwood type to see the rest of the season out and you wouldn't want that when there's a small potential for success.
The rest of the season will be pretty dire if this is the case, the players are already going through the motions because of the uncertainty around the club, and if they believe the manager is leaving, that will only get worse.

definitely worried that levy will have the same reaction he had last time we had a failed DoF and just bin off the concept and take back control

I don't know what to think of Poch coming back. Part of me would be happy, part of me would be underwhelmed. He'll have his work cut out for him, maybe more than when he first arrived the last time.
It isn't a good look for Levy though, getting back the old manager who was sacked who most of the fans loved and trying it again.
The more minimal Levy's input is into these football decisions the better it will be for everyone because he is an absolute clown.

definitely worried that levy will have the same reaction he had last time we had a failed DoF and just bin off the concept and take back control
it's frankly already a joke that he's still involved in the footballing side of things so the last thing we need is him fully taking the reigns again and picking coaches.
sack paratici, hire a new sporting director and then faaack off and leave them to make the decisions

This would be sad for the league if true, to lose Conte.
I wonder if he may go back to Chelsea under the new ownership if Potter got sacked… and Potter end up at Spurs?

I don't know what to think of Poch coming back. Part of me would be happy, part of me would be underwhelmed. He'll have his work cut out for him, maybe more than when he first arrived the last time.
It isn't a good look for Levy though, getting back the old manager who was sacked who most of the fans loved and trying it again.
The more minimal Levy's input is into these football decisions the better it will be for everyone because he is an absolute clown.
