All good here mate apart from the crazy weather. It was 22c Wednesday then we had a monsoon Thursday and yesterday we had snow and today it’s frosty.

Quick shout out to the job Rowett has done at Millwall. Like him or loath him after his experience with us he has built a reasonably decent side with a strong Sunderland connection. Can see them in play off contention come end of the season.
