On a completely different issue, I see UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin is saying that the rules on multi-club ownership "need a rethink"

Aye very good mate

You've got Jim Radcliffe and a Qatari consortium looking at buying Man Utd......Jim Radcliffe already owns Nice, and any Qatari ownership bid would have the top man at PSG, Nasser al-Khelaifi heavily involved.

Could potentially mean PSG and Man Utd both being owned by the same folk, which would breach UEFA rules, so both clubs couldn't play in the Champions League for example.

Pretty obvious why Ceferin is coming out with this then isnt it?

Before the Super League carry on, Ceferin's best pal was Andrea Agnelli, top man at Juve and chairman of the ECA. Agnelli $hat all over Ceferin and UEFA with the Super League proposals, but one of the big clubs that took fck all to do with the Super League, along with Bayern, were PSG.

So yer Nasser al-Khelaifi at PSG is now Ceferin's best pal, and he is now also the chairman of the ECA, replacing Agnelli.....oh and guess what, any change to the multi club ownership rules would obviously benefit him and the Qatari's if they were to take over Man Utd.

I tell ye....they are corrupt bastirts the lot of them
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Are you trying to say that people in positions of power and influence deliberately misuse it to benefit themselves and their preferred clubs???
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm saying its pretty clear that people in positions of power and influence deliberately misuse it to benefit themselves and their allies.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Good that you're finally getting on board with this idea.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No chance missed
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You guys 🤣🤣🤣🤣
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well......to echo Magnums point from the other day...its Rangers who are constantly fighting all the battles with the authorities in Scotland, the rest of the clubs mainly seem to be in alignment

I would imagine for a club to get preferential treatment from employees of the governing bodies....said club would have to have decent relations with the governing bodies....they wouldn't be fighting them at every turn as Magnum put it

Surely that would suggest that every club other than Rangers were the governing bodies "cronies", would it not?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Talk about stretching a point 🤣🤣🤣

i mean, your ex manager admitted you could only buy better players through tax avoidance and still they done all they could to protect you.

to even have the gaul to consider a vote to allow straight access to the top tier was an embarrassment

never mind the nice judge telling us better players doesn't give a sporting advantage..

Rumours that the police are pushing to have no away fans at either of the remaining OF games.

WTF has this got to do with Sting anyway?!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Rangers pretty much did this anyway when we battered them at Ibrox for a few years on the bounce

Yet its Rangers who want rid of the guy at the top of one of these bodies because he has made it plain as day, on numerous occasions, that he is incompetent...with some of the carry on above, that he was directly responsible for, being evidence of that.

You are now arguing against your own corruption comments.

Jim Farry - Rangers fan, held up paperwork to prevent Celtic signing players
Gordon Smith - Head of SFA role - former Rangers player
Hugh Dallas - head of referees - Rangers fan who socialised with Rangers management
Andrew Dallas - referee - as above
John Beaton - referee - member of Rangers supporters club

Now when Rangers went bust and had to apply to join the league set up why were they allowed to join ahead of other clubs who had the necessary paperwork?

Why would Rangers ever want rid of Chief Execs like the above? Yet they want rid of Doncaster for "incompetence".

For the record I don't actually think any of the referees are corrupt but as Stevie eloquently called out that it is a disgrace in football when people are in a position to be able to influence things to progress their club ahead of others...

Is it July already?

Here what about that American businessbird who gave Rangers a KB? They were all like crawling on their belly, whining and scraping for her to peg them and she was like “Naw. Bolt, you fat toolbags”.

Admittedly I haven’t yet read quite all of finer details of the story.

Here we go...talk about moonhowling

Jim Farry...rightly sacked for what he did, fcking idiot

Gordon Smith, Hugh Dallas, Andrew Dallas, John Beaton....implicated because they are "Rangers men"....ffs that's pathetic.

Simply having an association with Rangers doesn't mean they are corrupt as fck.....I mean, are you saying that anyone with a Celtic association that was ever involved at the top of our governing bodies, or within the referee setup, was clearly a corrupt bastirt that favoured Celtic.....I mean honestly? ffs

As for the events of 2012.......all you lot see is "preferential treatment for Rangers"

The facts are....Rangers were a cashcow that the governing bodies didn't want to lose...so they fought tooth and nail to:
1. Keep Rangers within the league system
2. Place them as high up the league ladder so they were back in the SPL as soon as possible.

The minute this happened....it was evident the blame for all this $hit was always going to be laid at the doors of Ibrox...yet Rangers, in no way, had the authority or the influence to make the SPL, SFA and SFL do what they did...they did it all themselves, because it was in their own financial interests to do so......the only thing they "preferred" was keeping the money within the system. Exact same $hit would have happened if Celtic were the club that make a cvnt of their finances and ended up in such a pickle

If Rangers really had so much power and influence over the governing bodies of this country, why didn't we remain an SPL club? Would have been a case of picking up the phone and making the call surely?

Thought as much. It is only inappropriate when it isn't Rangers.

Ah the Rangers cashcow. The blue pound. All of they teams that went out of business because Rangers weren't in the top flight. Let's list them-

Thanks for reading

I think it’s fairly reasonable to lay all the blame on all that $hit at Rangers door isn’t it?

They caused all of it.

"Thought as much. It is only inappropriate when it isn't Rangers"

You really need to listen to yourself by the way

Ceferin is looking after himself and his allies
When it was Agnelli, it was him....now it's Nasser al-Khelaifi

Matters not a jot that's it's PSG or Juventus...it's guys that happen to be in alignment with what he wants...and have power though being head of the ECA

What possible use would a skint Rangers in league 3 be to the authorities other than to make money from the TV audience they bring...if it wasn't for that, we would have been out on our erse and rightly so

I say again...the authorities decided what happened in 2012...Rangers were at the mercy of all of that.

In the same vein....what possible good would it do for the SPFL for Rangers to win the league over anyone else, to the extent that they got the refs to give them generous calls...other than this stupid notion that they are all Rangers fans?

It's pathetic this $hite
