But even if he sign Kane for example, we will still have money for other signings. Our average net spend for the last 9 seasons have been at least £80m. That'll cover the cf I reckon. I reckon that we will raise another £40m at least from player sales.

I'm not sure we can. You say we could 'potentially' spend our entire budget on one player, who will be expensive. This is a meaningless scenario without context. It is also very unlikely given our previous spending patterns and requirements throughout the team. Would you agree you're just dangling one hypothetical situation from the many possible without any supporting argument?
We desperately need a top CF
CFs, typically, are amongst the most expensive players
We are rumoured to be struggling with FFP restrictions
We are famously bad at getting fees for our players
Hopefully that gives you all of the context to my opinion that we potentially might only sign a CF.
I think what night help you here, is accepting its just an opinion, and not something to get too hung up about.

I'm not sure we can. You say we could 'potentially' spend our entire budget on one player, who will be expensive. This is a meaningless scenario without context. It is also very unlikely given our previous spending patterns and requirements throughout the team. Would you agree you're just dangling one hypothetical situation from the many possible without any supporting argument?

We desperately need a top CF
CFs, typically, are amongst the most expensive players
We are rumoured to be struggling with FFP restrictions
We are famously bad at getting fees for our players
Hopefully that gives you all of the context to my opinion that we potentially might only sign a CF.
I think what night help you here, is accepting its just an opinion, and not something to get too hung up about.
