He has a rare ability to take himself out of the shop window
Well, at least it's an injury that can actually be detected by scans this time and therefore there is some sort of timeframe for his next injury setback
It's not ideal losing anyone but this may just make ETH's job easier. I'd go with Rashford up front anyway on Saturday I don't really want to see Rashford do anything other than threaten in behind. The big decision for me is midfield. Do we go with two wide players or play an additional midfielder?
Yes I know I've put the above comment on another Martial article too!

Never underestimate West Ham.
We should just run down his contract next year and keep him as back up.

The problem with even that scenario is that back up options need to be available when required and he obviously won't be. But we're not going to be getting shot of him in the summer so there isn't much we can do about it

It's a miss. He's the best we have at making the ball stick up top and we need that against City.
Also kills us in terms of options off the bench - hopefully Antony is back.

Has a chance apparently. We don't know anymore.
Bloke is literally made of paper, get rid this summer pleasd
Martial injury is inevitable. Hope ETH is not tempted to start Weghorst. His love for him knows no bounds. Sometimes Garnachos wisdom to never pass to him is way beyond his years.
Martial has not been good enough ever, but he has had the best hold up play... Still!! In attack and always seems free when we break through in attack. He would have made a difference today. He's also evidence that we need 3 more attackers of varying ages and sizes who can actually score goals. Because eth loves a big tall striker like a fat kid loves candy.

This would kill me. I'm immensely happy we don't have to keep playing him so we can decieve everyone that paying 100 million for him was a collosal waste of money ETH has done yet.
