I think Harry’s pretty relaxed either way, he’s certainly not doing anything to agitate.

Well, for one, Levy is assessing what Bayern's alternative striker options are. Which could tell him how much of a bluff the time limit is.
And who they are buying and selling, which could tell him how much they might be prepared to offer for Kane.
Since the time period has lapsed, Levy may be figuring they were bluffing, at least that they can let time slip a bit further.
Old Baldy is no fool, but he might be fooling himself this time, in which case he'll be out nearly $100 Mil in a year's time!
