Your record is poor but maybe in terms of quality that's where your at right now. Your team doesn't really inspire confidence if Rashford doesn't do anything there is very little behind that.
The quality of the team just isn't there. The signings we've made during Eth reign have been on the whole poor.

And it is the manager that’s gone for this dross
The manager's stubbornness certainly doesn't help either.
We all know Rashford is most effective on the left but for some reason he keeps playing him as a CF and the lad is looking incredibly frustrated at the moment.
That comes back to the original problem. We don't have a reliable striker. Martial is perpetually coming back from injury, and doesn't score enough, Rashford isn't a striker, and the one we just bought is A) injured, and B) likely too young and inexperienced to be the main striker. We needed another one, but instead bought Mount.
Clearly nothing has changed, the manager is still the one identifying players to sign, he’ll be fired and it’s change of style again with next manager wanting a new set players to waste money on, rinse and repeat. Been trying the same rubbish strategy for the past 10 years. You would have thought they would have learnt by now, clearly not.
Your team looks pretty mediocre still. Obviously very early days this season, so things could improve, but still not sure ETH has really made any sort of meaningful difference since arriving. Spurs on paper are no better than United, but they were largely comfortable against you all game

I don't believe he'll be in charge in 18 months but we'll see.
If we replace Ten Hag, will it fix anything? Maybe short term. We’ve seen Ole, Mourinho and LVG all have good periods only for many in this squad to drop tools.
I’ve said all summer were lacking in depth in comparison to our rivals and Top 4 will be a real struggle. Many of our starting eleven would be squad players at a lot of clubs.
Added to the fact most sides appear to be focusing on players with strength, speed and stamina, an area our squad lacks massively.

He’s at his best when he’s operating in a tighter space, plugging gaps and engaging people at closer quarters.
At the moment he’s being tasked with covering more space either side of him and he look’s cumbersome trying to do that. You don’t sign one of the best CDM’s in the world and then ask him to hold a midfield together in a system/style that doesn’t suit.
Ideally we’d bring in Amrabat & play both him & Casemiro square to each other, but that would totally undermine the Mount signing by switching back to 4-2-3-1.
Were asking a world beating CDM to be an all action Roy Keane because our other options are not great and that includes a number 10 that we spent 60 million on and then play in cm. Honestly I'd get eriksen back in there pronto.

Everybody says this, but the stats say that most of his goals last season came from CF.
Truth is, he just isn’t the talisman people think, and he doesn’t have a great all round game. If he was playing for City he could get away with it, we have a team of individuals and he’s one of them.

No the truth is we don't have a lot of dependable strikers and the one we've just signed isn't even match fit.
Rashford is just filling in for a while. He will be back on the left soon and he needs to be. He's not suited to striker role unless we counter attack and hit long balls over top to him.

The problem is all of our match winning attackers are suited to a counter attacking system.
Who presses well in our side? Antony, Mount, AWB?
Rashford, Bruno, Garnacho, our match winners don’t appear to be able to play the high press game.
Problem is not Casemiro but the tactics the manager has deployed. For his limitations, McTominay offers more to the side than Mount (still do not know why we bought him).
He needs to bring Eriksen back in the team so we can control the midfield.
