"I wouldn't be 100% against AWB starting at LB either"

That's a stupid idea isn't it? When has AWB ever played on the left?

That's why I said I wouldn't be 100% against it rather than actually advocating it. If ETH feels he could match up to Saka then I could see the logic in that. Especially if the plan is to sit back. I don't think he'll do that though and he'll go Dalot at LB.

Arsenal aren’t looking as cohesive as last season as he tries to shoehorn Havertz in the team. Amongst other injuries.

So yeah, we got a chance. I’ll say a 2-1 United victory - as 52 says, Hojlund to show us glimpses of what’s to come.

Like many, I don't get what Havertz will give Arsenal, in any position. Just doesn't look right for them. I think Arsenal have generally looked a bit better than us this season, so not too confident, but it's still early days.
But we look so open to play against, someone may punish us badly if we don't tighten up

Strangely enough I'm a bit optimistic about this one. Not saying we will win big or anything but wouldn't be surprised if we won and draw will be like a loss.

If we do lose it will be because we haven't put away chances rather than being over run.

I worry more about playing the newly promoted teams than the big guns

We will turn up this we did last season when everyone wrote us off. Arsenal will have a bit too much for us though you'd think.

2-1 or maybe 3-1 to them. Hope I'm wrong but without Shaw and Varane it's a very very tall order.

Our record against the top half of the table under ETH is appalling so a defeat seems most likely but with Arteta tinkering who knows.

Probably closest to reality. Just need to get through 20 mins without conceding a stupid goal.

I'm resigned to Arteta using Havertz. This will be his sink or swim game - because in theory we should control midfield against Utd, but they will be a threat in transition.

Is Jesus fit to start?

Yer, he's recovered after easter.

We need United to win this one. Will be happy with a scrappy 1-0 win.

No chance of that happening let's be honest. 😂

Not very optimistic. We don’t usually play well at the Emirates.

I think we'll get battered. 4-0.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The one thing giving me hope is that Arsenal haven't been all that convincing either. I don't know if Arteta is trying too much with this back three/Partey inverting thing. If they go with a regular back four with Rice and Partey just ahead of them, we could get absolutely dominated.

I don't see where Havertz fits in for them in a game like this. Arguably an even stranger signing than Mount.
