It does kind of frustrate me that so many people will see Rowan Atkinson and say: "It's Mr Bean!"
Blackadder is miles and miles better.

Never was a fan of Mr Bean as a kid, I love physical comedy like Laurel & Hardy but Bean never did it for me. He’s basically an English version of Jacques Tati who I’ve never been that bothered about either.

I loved Blackadder but not a big fan of Mr Bean.

Sandler in Punch Drunk Love and Uncut Gems is great. Just gotta know how to use him.
I like Mr Bean & some people have actually compared me to him in looks & temperament
Makes sense, Mr. Bean is disabled as well.
Mr Bean's early stuff was excellent - the church scene and beach scene were fabulous - but like many comedy characters, he becomes tiresome and repetitive after a while. I'd much rather the odd short sketch than any of the feature films.
I think even as a kid I always found Bugs Bunny highly irritating and very unfunny. It was always the people trying to kill him who were funny. Ditto the Roadrunner and Tweety. Oh, and I hope that whoever decided it was a good idea to voice Tom & Jerry suffered a slow, painful death.
