There are a couple of decent recap videos on YouTube which are worth watching beforehand.
Tbh I seem to be in the minority, but i thought the final season was a bit disappointing. Bit of a GOT feel to it, where they ended the most interesting storyline far too early (and left quite a lot of it unexplained).

Jennings has to be one of the biggest prats going - how he has established a career for himself in football broadcasting is unbelievable. His approach is nothing but hot takes. Like, when Spurs appointed Ange he was ranting about how he’d be furious if he was a Spurs fan, it’s a joke appointment. Literally a month later he’s purring about Ange and the style of play and what a good appointment it could prove to be if we back him etc. No underlying knowledge or research to formulate an opinion, just literally the take of the day, but this clown makes a living out of this crap, the fecking little Chelsea loving posh boy t0sser.

Just started S3, so far so good... Great show with some unique acting talent. Kano is awesome as Sully. Has that thousand yard stare down to perfection.

Ah, most people I've actually spoken to loved it. The first 3 or so episodes were very good tbf but after that it was indeed rushed.
I get the need to tie everything off at the end, but they needed to make it an 8/10 episode season if they wanted to do that.

This...it was the worst season by far...they G.O.T the last season.
They definitely didn't G.O.T the final season. Although yes some things could've been included that weren't, others were perhaps rushed but it was still done well.
G.O.T final season was a truly awful mess
I thought the final season of GoT was good, just the last episode after everything got burnt down was a let down.
Her burning the city the down was fitting for the story.

Hmm I honestly thought it was spectacularly awful, probably better I don't go through all the things they fecked up if you actually liked it!
Would say that some of the issues weren't necessarily fundamentally flawed plots in principle (although many were), they were just so badly done and paced they became unsalvageable. You can also tell the cast were dismayed during scripts readings.

btw - Little Simz is hot as hell!
Kano is imo a seriously good actor
His arc is just so sad, all the horrific things he did but in the end you just realized, he was right, “we’re either monsters or food”
But I will say the line “feeling done left me a long time ago” is so haunting in the context
