While I can understand some fans laughing at Chelsea's woes, I think it's fair to say that the whole of football would rather see City or Liverpool in such a position

since the start of last season they've only beaten one team that finished in the top half last season - Villa when Gerrard was still in charge

I've just looked at Chelsea's line up from the weekend.

How the fack have they spent over £1bn and put that team out?
