Yes, you're correct.

Quite remarkable really seeing as we're a year and a half into a 'rebuild'.

Casemiro and Varane were good last season, but Varane too injury prone Casemiro off form.
Hojlund I have hopes for.

And Onana I don't know.
Sancho, no idea, but I blame him, not ETH

Fundamentally, all players recognise that:

1. The longevity of Managers is far less than their own

2. The power of social media will always undermine the control of Managers

3.Their desire to receive a boost in salary is not dependent on their performance, but the state of he club.

It is why each Manager, irrespective of their experience, strength and ego have all failed. Many of these players have seen them all through and their performances or position has hardly been effected.

Four of ETH’s signings were on the bench of course: Amrabat, Hojlund, Reguilon & Antony (I’m excluding Bayindir).

I think there’s some merit in the fact that we’re having to rely quite heavily on the same players that have failed under previous managers, but equally it’s on ETH to get his guys on the pitch. I know he’s injured currently but Mount even when available has been limited to the bench a lot.

If ETH doesn’t start giving his signings a proper run in the team together and drop some of the dogmatism about player profiles (can we really not play Maguire at LCB and Varane RCB? We’d surely look better with two proper CB’s & Shaw at LB) then he’s done for.

Wasn't it more or least the same team that won 3-0 at Goodison though which totally negates the point you're making???

Onana is the only ETH signing that started either of those two games.

Why has he abandoned his own signings? Is he now hiding behind Ole's players or is he trying to tell us he was wrong with the players he decided to sign?

This

Sorry, but it's clear he's a stinker of a manager

He's not a stinker but it's clear this job is way too big for him and he can't handle big name players.

Leaving Varane out for a left back to play out of position is comical. Especially since we really missed Shaw down the left.

He needs to go now but the problem is who did we bring in? Probably a case of leaving him in the job now until someone becomes available.

Spurs had the same problem

Same team, minus Kane, and they look like they'll be a force to be reckoned with in a year or two. Huge turnaround.
