The annoying thing, results-wise at least, this season is that had we win the two home games v Palace and Bournemouth we'd only be four points from top. That's even with our poor record against the top sides!

Draws, huh, yeah...
What are they good for?
Absolutely nothing, uhh

I hate to bring Greenwood up but ETH definitely thought he was coming back.

Removing MG, Martinez is a huge miss.

Antony had some personal stuff, as we all know, he seems to be coming to, but it certainly affected him.

The Varane thing, has to be an internal battle so I would put this on ETH, the aforementioned I don't believe you can. But they are factors all the same.

And multiple other injuries to Shaw and others, we all know only too well.

He's been very unlucky this season, I think.

But I'm still teetering on ETH out. His confidence could be shot.

At least West Ham won’t be going above Utd … today anyway.

But if Liverpool had also won a couple of games they didn't win, you'd still be far off the top.

I know it's hypothetical! Every team can point to games they didn't win of course.

If we won every game we'd be somewhere near the top 4 I reckon.

It would be pretty funny, although very unlikely, if we did somehow hammer Liverpool. It's more likely to be the other way round though isn't it!

I'm wary of United sneaking a result, but I can't see a hammering tbh. You'd have to attack a lot and we would take advantage of that as your defence can be got at even when not attacking. Maybe a high scoring draw perhaps?

I'd be surprised if Liverpool didn't win to be honest. If it was at OT, even after yesterday's debacle, I'd be much more confident of a result. Away at Anfield will just be very hostile.

You never know though. Something like a red card can change a game.
