We do need a striker in Jan though. I feel for Hojlund but he’s suffering in two ways

One, a lack of service and two, not actually being that good (yet) and he’s hardly going to improve while his confidence plummets every week.

A better, more experienced striker will make better runs and take those chances like the one he missed today.

Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised if we ended the season on 40-45 goals scored which would be a disaster

Agreed. Doubt we'll sign a worthwhile one though. We know how it works in Jan. Manager asks for a forward, club say we're hamstrung by FFP, we sign a Mongolian on loan. He scores no goals
