GET OUT OF HIS OWN WAY!
Same ego driven mistakes again and again. We'll not win the league with him because he'll continually shoot his own team in the foot.
Arteta needs another 5 years in which to succeed.
Only then or unless we end up in relegation battles should we get rid of him.

Why 5 more years
Why not 10 more years of bottling our league positions, getting knocked out of the domestic cups early, being knocked out by worse opposition in the early rounds of Europe and having a team that can't do anything but pass it around the middle and blowing our chances.
Why not 10 more years of not fixing the issues in our squad but rather trying to fix areas that weren't broken instead. Which by the way breaks them
Why not 10 more years of pretending we are title challengers when in reality we took advantage of an off season from Liverpool
Why not 10 more years of only playing 1 way and not changing tactics when they need to be changed
We aren't in the title race this year. It's back to Liverpool vs City. We have the squad do it other than a striker. But even with a good striker, arteta would bottle a title race because he isn't the manager to take us to that level
Thanks arteta. You saved us from the wilderness. Your job is done. Now go and manage a club like Everton who is more your level of ability and let a top manager finish the job
Arteta needs about 15 years to implement his 5 year plan, if he has one.
Bottom line: If Arsenal lose to Crystal Palace then Arteta needs to be removed.
Arteta needs to win all his remaining games or he should be sacked as well as be given an extra 10 years
