It is great to be among the top scorers in the league, and although goal difference is very rarely a factor it is great to have the best GD currently.

We really need to win everything up to the international break - which is 4 league games with 3 at home and the other against Sheffield United plus the Porto tie.

Then, of course, it could be a massive game at the Etihad.

Saka has a big chance to hit 20 in the PL alone if he stays fit. Currently 4th in the combined G/A chart, hopefully he can add to his tally in both.

Not sure we need to "find out" when we already found out last season. City ARE favourites, but I firmly believe they're a worse side this season than last. If we started this season the way we did last, I'd have been confident of finishing above City.

Yeah you beat us but we're still top and no signs of slowing down so far.

City have the Manc derby, a trip to Anfield, the less daunting but still difficult AMEX then host Arsenal in March. With their 2 games this week they could really get a tight grip on the title - but equally they could be chasing 2 teams.

Everybody knows City are favourites, but football doesn't always play out that way.
