The sooner, the better.

Better still if it's overseen by an independent regulator who has to be transparent and can't be 'leaned on' by figures from rival clubs.

Better still if it's overseen by an independent regulator so we can bribe them like we did with CAS verdict more like.

For a club with apparently ZERO to hide they sure don't like to cooperate do they Boris? I'd want to embarrass my accusers if I knew I was innocent.

City are guilty and you know it. There's Absolutely no way the PL have gone public on this with so many charges and made mistakes? 115 of them? Come on man....time to wake up from this delusion.

Send them down to league two again....where they belong.

The CAS panel of 3 had 2 nominated by City. Usually each side nominates and the Chair is chosen independently, but not on this occasion. City nominated 2 of the 3. It's corruption in plain sight...just not your blinkered sight.

Forest's "punishment" was basically a slap on the wrist. They survived by that many points.

Allow me to correct you.

UEFA proposed 1 of the panel, City another, the 3rd was proposed by CAS and had to be accepted by BOTH parties.

Funny how City welcolmed the concept of an independent football regulator but United, Liverpool and Arsenal have tried to block it at every oppurtunity.

Why?

posted on 19/3/24

The PL tried to get an Arsenal Season Ticket holder to haed the hearing.

Would you be happy if I was presiding over procedings if one of the American Cartel clubs were in the dock?

posted on 19/3/24

Know what? I have ZERO idea what will, or wont happen to City?

I don't know enough about the facts of the charges or if they are guilty or not, 115 charges is a WHACK to be fair and you'd think there must be something there but as said I don't know?

is there even a proposed date for the charges being brought or is that still up in the air

The independent third member had business interests in the UAE. Couldn't make it up could you? 😂

And they didn't get let off. They were fined 10m Euros. You don't get fined that much for being innocent. Usually when you're innocent you don't get any punishment at all.

Also Boris.....why are you worried about an Arsenal fan heading up a panel when you've done nothing wrong? It could be Fergie and Klopp on the panel and it wouldn't make any difference surely if you're innocent???

It's delay tactics and running away from your punishment. Cheating toe rags.

Some other parasite will persuade her to let someone ghost write a book about her time in the nick very loosely based on the truth and the airheads that read Hello magazine and the like will buy it, believe it and perpetuate poor Katie's addiction to attention.

Indeed, but can’t see it … and IF he regains the Presidency he’ll have carte blanche to make all his ridiculously delayed, clear as day cases go away. That’s at least a 50/50 shout as things stand. On all the damages and fines awarded against him, I’ll actually believe he’s been “punished” if he ever pays any of it, and with his own funds, rather than the gazillions still being “donated” by morons.

Boris is the king of spin and denile.

Boris thinks that a KC (that's King's Counsel, some one of the highest legal standing and experience) would put aside their legal position, knowledge and reputation to reach a judgement in favour of the football club they support.

On the other hand, he's happy that a lawyer whose company acts for the parties and companies involved in the Man City allegations and who was also recommended by Man City can sit on the CAS panel, as Chairman, without any perceived conflict.

Now even if you put aside whether you think the KC or the CAS Chair was likely to be bias or utterly professional, you have to treat them in the same manner in respect of a conflict of interest.

Not Boris...the CAS Chair is all good, nothing to see here. How could you even suggest that that his firm's huge accounts with these linked companies will have had any bearing on which way his judgement fell, right?

The KC, who supports another football club, totally unacceptable appointment because all fans want to see justice done to City, so he'd be bias, right?
