Royal should have played LB against Saka anyway so hopefully he gets the position now.

Santiago and a number of our u21s have barely had a look in despite doing well in the PL2, especially considering teams like Lpool have trusted theirs.

Losing Timo and Davies is a positive if he plays anyone else at left back and Son on the left.

We can't be any worse off than have the two now missing actually playing.

Son definitely needs to get back to the left

He can’t hold the ball through the middle and it’s costing us on the break as everyone bombs on and he loses it so easily ….he just isn’t a centre forward

Richarlson has to start tomorrow ….he may split the camp but he does offer some physical presence

I’d rather dragusin was thrown in at left side than royal …..looks like he has a decent turn of pace at least

I would not rule out seeing Lo Celso play at left back given the cameo there against Arsenal. Big Ange did similar with Reo Hatate.

I would prefer to see VDV left back and Dragusin Centre back.

In reality Royal comes in at Left Back.
